Advise on legal approximation matters of the local legislation to the EU standards, draft important legal documentation, provide legal assistance in the review of the existing legislation (in Commercial Law, Business Law and other related sectors), advise on legislative amendments for the acceptance of Azerbaijan to WTO, hold meetings with state authorities, and do other relevant job

Prepare and teach lectures on International Banking Law, Financial Law, International Private Law (Conflict of Laws) and Energy Law, conduct workshops, seminars and case study, lead examinations, and do other relevant job. Note: The program is organized in co-operation with American Bar Association and taught in English with emphasis on national and international legislation as well as principles of Anglo-American Law.

Participated at the meetings of the General Assembly of the UN and other UN agencies, prepared notes, briefs and legal opinions on economical and environmental issues of UN and their influence on the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, composed proposals to improve the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic on economical and environmental sectors, worked with different conventions and treaties of UN in connection with Azerbaijan, and did other related work

Proposed and outlined conducting of the legal campaign to protect the Company’s IP rights, drafted some legal opinions (on VAT reduction, on anti-counterfeiting legislation of Azerbaijan and some other related documents), resolved some crucial Intellectual Property problems and successfully represented the company in local state and international agencies, negotiated amendments to the legislation to improve IP protection with governmental bodies and officials as well international organizations such as EU, EC and others, did other relevant job. Led the registration of passports and visas, supported investigation process by finding the criminals in the address list of the Ministry and notifying on the committed crimes by them.
