Business intelligence in automotive industry: to play critical role in powering company's data intelligence solutions by acquiring relevant, timely and complete automotive market data and providing a European/Russian automotive market insight. Activities are primarily focused on data acquisition through establishing and maintaining relationships with automotive dealers to obtain market intelligence on incentives and transaction data; responsible for identifying and qualifying sourcing opportunities and securing commitments for data contribution, building networks across dealer organizations. In this customer facing role, it was important to understand the drivers in the marketplace, anticipate changes and provide support to the company's research and sales teams in order to deliver best in class business intelligence solutions to the customers. Accomplishments: - I was the first DLM in Russia – me and 2 researchers launched the pilot version of the new product in a year after start and the production version in 2 years after start in 2013; - I’ve managed to collect all the fixed & variable margin original docs, as well as incentives and potential transaction prices for 32 car makers and set a secure network of data resources with back-ups for just 11 months.
