Overseeing & directing all aspects of the Guest Relations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to current & future VIPS. Monitoring guest relations personnel (9pax) to ensure guest recognition & prompt cordial attention. Being responsible for ensuring and maintaining the entire range of services offered for the Club Floor (52 rooms) and Club Lounge in the absence of Club Floor Manager.

Providing functional assistance to all departments and supporting Front Desk, Concierge and Reservations teams during peak periods. Ensuring guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel. Responding to guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise. Attending daily departmental briefings and providing input for regular Front Office meetings. Monitoring guest credit and billing instructions. Helping with orientation and training of new team members. Assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation, and compiling daily & monthly overview reports for the Executive Team.
