Coaching, Teaching. NPT analysis, NPT reduction and prevention plan

•S-Type, J-type 2D/3D well profile. Directional, Horizontal wells, sidetracks, multi-bottom wells, multilateral wells. (more than 65 horizontal wells) •Monitoring and prevention ANTICOLLISION risks of the wells •Monitor and control vibrations, well planning on rig (control trajectory, torque & drag , hydraulics , swab surge, anti-collision policy) •work and consultations with customer and contractors, leading of directional drilling and MWD crew •Drilling vertical, directional, multi-bottom and horizontal wells, sidetracks •Big holes, slim holes drilling •BHA and drillstring design, drill bit and motor selection. •Sidetracking operation from whipstock, cement plug and open hole. •Able to design well plans before the job and can re-plan, modify plans at the rig site •Day to day provide and control procedures and policies of company as detailed HSE standarts and documentation. Audit and incorporation HSE into daily work instruction.
