 Creating and managing Users, OU  Account Lockout issues.  Installation of software and troubleshoot internet as well as software related issues.  Provide Admin rights, editing Host-name.  User access management creation/deletion/modification on Windows AD.  Desktop & Laptop administration with configuration & Maintenance.  Joining to Domain, updating and upgrading Windows OS’s, solving application errors.  Logging and updating tickets logged by internal users.
