Technical Support Specialist (Part-Time, Remote – USA/Canada Time Zones, GMT+5)
We are a web development company looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide prompt responses to client messages on Facebook Messenger and other communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Send follow-up messages and provide additional information about our services as needed.
- Handle scheduled phone calls with clients at prearranged times.
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent English with no accent (mandatory).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in USA/Canada time zones (GMT+5).
- Availability to respond to messages quickly (1 lead every few days).
- Experience with customer support and sales is a plus.
This is a part-time remote position with flexible hours. Automated welcome messages are sent to clients, but you should be able to engage in conversations when needed and provide high-quality support.
